Cylinder Head Express takes great pride in providing high quality remanufactured cylinder heads. Many applications have inherent problems from the factory such as bad castings, seat failure, etc. — they update and correct those common issues to ensure the best possible cylinder heads.
Features & Benefits:- All heads are thoroughly cleaned and tested to meet standards for eligibility to rebuild. Not all cores make the cut!
- All threads are checked and chased.
- Any and all flaws in the castings are corrected with industry approved practices.
- Guides are measured to conform to AERA specs and replaced as needed.
- Seats are machined with form-cutting bits for exacting contours and seat profiles for each application.
- Head gasket surface is machined with high-speed mills armed with PCD and CBN technology to leave the required surface finish for today's gaskets.
- Once completely machined, the heads are thoroughly cleaned, assembled with Viton valve seals and bench tested for quality control.
- Packaged with reusable formed-foam to ensure cylinder heads are not damaged during transit.
